This November 17-23, 2025, Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) will rally almost every nation in the world to empower entrepreneurs and encourage citizens to become starters - finding new and better ways of doing things. In the wake of the pandemic and its impact, GEW 2025 is also a call to action for societies to be resilient and come together in leveraging the power of new ideas and innovation for the benefit of all.

Quick Facts About Global Entrepreneurship Week

  • Global Entrepreneurship Week was first launched in 2008. 2025 marks the 18th anniversary of the annual campaign.
  • Each November, 10 million people across 200 countries and territories take part in tens of thousands of Global Entrepreneurship Week activities, competitions, and events.
  • The 2024 campaign featured 40,000 events supported by 11,000 partners.
  • Influencers across industries are strong supporters of Global Entrepreneurship Week, from founders like Sir Richard Branson to Prime Ministers and Presidents from Canada to Kosovo.  
  • National campaigns in Algeria, Bermuda, Brazil, Germany, Jordan, Sri Lanka, St. Lucia, Pakistan, Paraguay, and the United States are consistently among the top 10 worldwide for scale, creativity, and engagement.

2. Use our Audience Guides

GEW has something in it for everyone - entrepreneurs, investors, support organizations, policymakers and more. These guides help you tailor your GEW activity to your audiences and their interests.

3. Add Your Event at GEW.CO

Create a user profile (or log in to your current profile) on the site to add your activities to GEW.CO to help entrepreneurs thrive in your community and amplify awareness of your event.

4. Display the GEW Badge

Emphasize your affiliation with GEW by incorporating the brand into your marketing materials, websites, newsletters and event signage. Check out our GEW brand guide, logo files, social cards and other brand resources.

5. Spread the Word
