How do I get a new blazer patch? Can I exchange or return a blazer? What is DECA+?

My school is tax-exempt. How do I apply that to my order?

Email your school’s tax-exemption form to shopdeca@deca.org. Once verified by our team, you’ll be able to place a tax-free order.

Can I buy a new blazer patch?

Blazer patches are available only for exchanges. If you have an old patch, you can exchange it for a new one for $5 per patch. Mail us the old patch along with a check, and we’ll ship the new one.

How do I exchange or return a blazer?

  • Exchange:
    • Ensure all tags are intact and send proof.
    • Fill out the return form included with your blazer. Circle ‘A = Exchange’ and note the desired size.
    • Include the form with your return. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Return for Refund:
    • Same process, but circle ‘C = No longer needed’ on the form.
    • Once received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

I placed an order three days ago and haven’t received it. What’s going on?

If you select Pay By Invoice at checkout, you must email a purchase oPay By Invoice at checkout, you must email a Purchase Order to shopdeca@deca.org within 10 business days. Orders without a PO will be cancelled.

FedEx/UPS says my order was delivered, but I don’t see it.

Once your order is shipped, it's in the hands of the carrier. First, contact FedEx or UPS directly. If they can’t resolve the issue, reach out to us - we’ll help sort it out.

What is DECA+?

DECA+ is a subscription-based platform that helps DECA members prepare for competitive events and explore career pathways in business-related fields. It offers classroom-ready resources, self-paced learning modules, and tools for competition prep, including case studies, exams, and sample projects. Designed to enhance both teaching and student engagement, DECA+ supports skill-building in marketing, finance, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. For more details, visit decaplus.org.

When will I receive my DECA+ login?

Upon placing an order for DECA+, we recommend waiting one business day until your login is sent via email. If you do not receive it after one business day, it is most likely because you chose the Pay By Invoice payment method. If you chose that method, we require a Purchase Order to be emailed to shopdeca@deca.org or plus@deca.org. Once we receive it, we will send you your login.
