Minnesota DECA is "Back 2 Business" as they kicked off their first in-person conference, the Back 2 Business Challenge, at the beginning of November. The two-day event was composed of competitor workshops for members to maximize their momentum on the written exam, learn about the newly unveiled DECA+ platform and set them up for success during role-play competition.
Being the first in-person event in over twenty months, the Minnesota DECA Association Officer Team was ecstatic to welcome over four-hundred members to downtown Minneapolis. Each competitor participated in a 100-question exam and role-play. Returning and new DECA members alike familiarized themselves with in-person competition and sharpened their skills before their district competitions this winter. Regardless of who took home the medals, the greatest reward was being able to meet members face-to-face again!
