CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
All ICDC participants will receive a digital Certificate of Achievement recognizing their participation in the International Career Development Conference.
CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE
ICDC competitors scoring a combined total score of 70% or better on the competitive event components from the preliminary competition will earn a digital Certificate of Excellence.
COMPETITIVE EVENTS PERFORMANCE REPORTS
Supporting college and career readiness, DECA’s competitive events performance reports express each member’s performance, rated against National Curriculum Standards, which are identified as essential knowledge and skills and 21st Century Skills.
DECA performance reports are exceptional tools for providing feedback for advisors and members, helping them assess areas for improvement in course instruction and student learning. The performance reports provide statistics and performance measures for each instructional area on the career cluster exam and feedback for each performance indicator and/or evaluation criterion the judge evaluates.
Because of DECA’s competitive events program structure, all data is normalized and should be viewed as a snapshot of performance rather than a competition ranking. These sample performance reports provide information on how to read the data provided.
