This year, over 120 Collegiate DECA members participated in the Collegiate DECA Virtual Case Simulation competition, sponsored by long-time DECA partner, Knowledge Matters.
In this interactive, digital simulation, participants took on the role of a restaurant entrepreneur. Participants had full control of opening, setting up and operating a new restaurant as they managed target customers, location, kitchen layout, food purchasing, menu design and more.
