Collegiate DECA 2022 Virtual Case Simulation Competition Winners

This year, 112 Collegiate DECA members participated in the Collegiate DECA Virtual Case Simulation competition, sponsored by long-time DECA partner, Knowledge Matters.

In this interactive, digital simulation, participants took on the role of a restaurant entrepreneur. Participants had full control of opening, setting up and operating a new restaurant as they managed target customers, location, kitchen layout, food purchasing, menu design and more.

Congratulations to the top three winners, each who received cash awards courtesy of Knowledge Matters.

The winners will be recognized on stage during Collegiate DECA's 2023 International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Randi Bibiano is DECA's competitive events specialist. In this role, she conceptualizes and authors role-play scenarios for the collegiate and high school division’s competitive events programs. She also manages DECA's online competitive events and serves as a liaison to volunteer efforts at DECA's educational conferences.
