The 2025-2026 IMPACT Program awards, which show the dedication and hard work of our DECA members, were presented during the Business and Election Session at the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA.
Congratulations to the Chartered Associations Officer Teams for submitting over 60 entries across all categories to showcase their impact in their respective associations. All submissions showcase the hard work and commitment DECA members provide to our organization!
The IMPACT Program has five categories for recognition: Advocacy, Community Outreach, Innovations, Membership and Partnership Outreach.

The Diamond Award, which is awarded to the region that had the greatest overall impact, went to the North Atlantic Region!
