February is Career and Technical Education Month, and DECA chapters around the world celebrated in big ways this year!

Meetings with policy makers, presentations to middle school students and future members, letter writing campaigns to community leaders and resolutions and proclamations by local governments were all part of several chapters’ efforts to spread the word about DECA.

DECA chapters got creative and put together DECA promotional kits that included DECA Direct magazines, t-shirts, pins and pencils. Many of these were presented to local policy makers, administrators and professional members.

No matter how your chapter celebrated CTE Month, we thank you for sharing your success stories with your local community and showing others the benefits that DECA provides to our emerging leaders.
