MDA Holiday Retail Campaigns

Dec 2, 2025

The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) holds holiday fundraising campaigns in retail stores, where customers can raise money for the cause by rounding up purchases or donating at the register. During these campaigns, retailers sell pinups for customers to purchase and display. These campaigns, which run from November through January, help fund MDA's research and support services for those living with neuromuscular diseases.

How it works: During the holiday season, many retail locations participate in the MDA campaign.

DECA members can support MDA research inseveral ways:

·      Donating at checkout

·      Rounding up their purchase to the nearest dollar

·      Purchasing "pinups" for a donation
