DECA Inc. and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF) are excited to announce the winners of the 2023 Social Impact Leader of Tomorrow Challenge. The competition challenged members to demonstrate their creativity by producing the organization's next big cause marketing fundraising campaign idea.
Each of the top three winning teams will be recognized on stage during the International Career Development Conference in Orlando, FL this April. The teams will also be awarded ICDC travel stipends. Congratulations to the following DECA members:
Evelynn Schneider, Disha Patel, Peyton Horak and Courtney Crawford from Penta-Maumee High School, OH — Receiving $2,000
Mia Mumby and Julia Goretti from Westborough High School, MA — Receiving $1,000
Nikhil Kotta, Rohit Katuri and Shawn Sebastian from Lebanon Trail High School, TX — Receiving $1000

Christy Rutherford is DECA's education manager. She enhances and manages an educational framework for DECA’s comprehensive learning program ensuring that all student programs are aligned to National Curriculum Standards. Christy also leads the advisor professional learning series and programs to support local chapter advisors.
