CEWD and DECA are thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025-26 Power Perks Challenge!
Get Into Energy with the Center for Energy Workforce Development asked members to assume the role of a marketing team at a creative agency and to develop a workforce development campaign to help energy companies reach young talent and answer the question "What's in it for me?" for potential professionals.
1st Place

2nd Place
Hansika Potti and Tanvi Chigurupati | Downingtown STEM Academy, PA - Receiving $1,000
3rd Place
Agasya Mukkapati and Sanjay Nagarajan | Holly Springs High School, NC - Receiving $500
In addition to the prizes awarded, the top three teams will be recognized on stage during DECA’s International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
