The 2022-2023 IMPACT Program awards were presented during the Chartered Association Officer Luncheon at the International Career Development Conference in Orlando.
Congratulations to the 58 Chartered Associations Officer Teams for submitting entries to showcase the impact they made in their respective associations. There were some outstanding submissions that reflected a lot of hard work and dedication!
The IMPACT Program has five categories for recognition: Advocacy, Community Outreach, Innovations, Membership and Partner/Sponsor Outreach.
Below are the associations that received the Greatest IMPACT Award in each category along with the link to their winning submission.

The Diamond Award, which is awarded to the region that had the greatest overall impact, went to the Central Region!
