One DECA Calls are officially returning, and your 2026-27 Executive Officer Team is excited to continue one of DECA's favorite traditions.
These monthly calls are designed to bring members from around the world together to learn, connect and stay engaged throughout the year. If you're looking to develop your leadership skills, hear new ideas or meet new members, One DECA Calls are a great opportunity to get involved.
What You Can Expect
Each month, our calls will focus on a different topic, providing members with valuable DECA resources, leadership tips and takeaways they can bring back to their chapters and associations.
In each call, you can expect:
- Important DECA updates
- Competition insight
- Awarding a regional Member and/or President of the Month
- Live Q&A segment
Members will also have the opportunity to participate in breakout rooms to exchange ideas and connect on a personal level. Be sure to mark your calendars, as One DECA Calls will be held on the first Tuesday of every month.
Association Spotlights
A personal favorite segment of mine during One DECA Calls is Association Spotlights. This is an opportunity for association officer teams to showcase the incredible work happening within their associations. Whether it's recent accomplishments, new implementations or unique initiatives, every association has something valuable to share. These spotlights allow members to celebrate one another's successes while discovering ideas they can bring back to their own communities. Keep an eye out for sign-up information from the Executive Officer Team!
Corporate Partner Spotlight
We're also excited to introduce a new feature this year - Corporate Partner Spotlights. During each call, we'll highlight one of DECA’s many corporate partners and the role they play in supporting our organization. These spotlights will give members a closer look at the businesses that help make DECA possible.
