Recruiter Panel Chats

From September 18-28 at 5:00 p.m. ET, students can join us for informal Recruiter Panel Chats on Zoom to learn about internship and full-time opportunities at various Fortune 500 retailers! Recruiters will answer questions about interview processes, internship experiences, career paths, workplace culture, etc. Recruiter panels last up to one hour and are open to all students, educators and recent grads to attend. Participating companies include Brilliant Earth, Nordstrom, PetSmart, Macy’s, Target, The TJX Companies, Wayfair and many more.

Virtual Career Fair

On Friday, October 6th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. ET, we are hosting a Virtual Career Fair where dozens of retail companies will be ready to meet with you and discuss internships and full-time roles. Students can join in at any time to meet one-on-one with recruiters from our participating companies. Recruiters are already reviewing the resumes of registered students and inviting them to scheduled conversations, so register for the career fair as early as possible. It should take less than a minute to register!

Mentorship Event

Lastly, on November 1st and 2nd, the NRF Foundation is offering a unique mentorship event that brings together diverse students and retail executives to network and build relationships. Students will meet with executives from across the retail industry in small groups to discuss transitioning to the workforce, navigating the workplace and what diversity, equity and inclusion means to them.

Note: This event is open to students and recent graduates of color. There is no difference between the two session options – students can sign up for one session or both.
