Retail Store Management Scholarship
The Retail Store Management Scholarship supported by CVS Health Foundation® offers a $10,000 tuition scholarship for students interested in store leadership. Retail Brand Licensing Scholarship
The Retail Brand Licensing Scholarship presented by Licensing International Foundation offers a $5,000 tuition scholarship for students interested in brand licensing and related fields, including merchandising, marketing and product development. It’s an opportunity to explore how brands create partnerships and bring products to consumers.

Make Connections at NRF NXT
Both scholarships include a trip to the 2027 NRF NXT, January 7–10, 2027, in New York City. Recipients can meet retail recruiters, hear from industry leaders and explore career opportunities—including internships and entry-level roles.
For Collegiate DECA members, these opportunities offer another way to build on the leadership, communication and business skills developed through DECA while exploring potential career paths.
