The International Career Development Conference concluded on April 25, 2023, in Orlando, Florida. It is quite surreal to think that it has been this long since we have been in the vicinity of 22,000+ DECA Members. Members in attendance were able to compete, develop leadership skills, spend time with friends and peers, pin trade, visit Downtown Orlando and meet DECA members from around the globe.
