Voting is now open for the DECA Ethical Leadership Challenge!
Hosted in partnership with MBA Research and with support from the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative High School Program, the challenged tasked teams to develop a 60-second (or less) public service announcement (PSA) that includes at least one of the eight principles of ethical leadership.
Members worked to submit nearly 270 video entries! Now, you and your social media followers become the judge as you "vote up" your favorite entries.
Vote for your favorites from December 1 to December 15, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. ET.
The top 10 PSAs will then be evaluated against the criteria to determine the top five winners. The top five teams will be announced in January 2022, and will earn cash prizes up to $2,500. The top three teams will be recognized on stage during DECA’s International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA.
