2018-2019 Collegiate DECA Executive Officers

Meet the new Collegiate DECA Executive Officers. They were introduced 2018 International Career Development Conference in Washington, D.C.

Each officer brings a unique set of skills and leadership training, and they all are eager for the opportunity to serve the members of Collegiate DECA as an executive officer.



Ryan Bognar is a dual-degree student at Gateway Technical College in Southwestern Wisconsin. He is graduating with honors this spring with degrees in both General Marketing and Marketing Communications and has plans to continue his education next year at the University of Wisconsin – Madison majoring in Marketing and Political Science.



Allison Brown is a senior at Northwood University in Midland MI majoring in International Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Throughout Allison’s Collegiate DECA career she held office at the chapter letter as VP, as well as Vice President of Michigan Collegiate DECA and President the following year. Allison is also very active on campus as president of her sorority Alpha Gamma Delta, Sweetheart of Tau Kappa Epsilon and a member of other clubs and organizations. In her free time Allison enjoys crafting, photography and playing with her dogs.


Jack Evans DECA career began his freshman year at DePaul University. Jack has had the wonderful opportunity to serve as the President of DePaul DECA this past year and hopes to continue to serve DECA in various other roles. At DePaul, he is majoring in Marketing with minors in Geography and Economics. Outside of DECA, Jack is an avid member of DePaul Student Government Association and the Roosevelt Institute. After college, Jack hopes to work in the startup world helping companies scale and innovate on products.


Andy Stebbins is a sophomore at Seattle University, studying for a degree in Business Management and Administration. Since his senior year of high school, Andy has been very committed to Collegiate DECA, successfully creating and leading two Collegiate DECA Chapters at Missouri State University and Seattle University. Andy loves DECA because it helped him discover his passion for taking care of people through the hospitality industry. Since it has helped him so much, he hopes to continue helping college students and Collegiate DECA chapters beyond the local level. Outside of DECA, Andy loves running, skiing, learning new things, and traveling. After college, Andy plans on continuing his career in the hotel and lodging industry by either going corporate with a company in the hotel industry, or by starting a hotel business of his own.


Dennis Williams is currently pursuing his Associate in Business degree at South Mountain Community College in Phoenix, Arizona. He plans to transfer to Arizona State University to begin working toward a Bachelor’s in Marketing. After falling in love with the organization in just under a year, DECA has quickly become a large part of Dennis’ life. He currently holds the role of chapter vice president and is always striving to achieve new opportunities through DECA. Outside of school, Dennis has a passion for golf and looks forward to achieving a career in product marketing at a big-name golf company.
