Become a Leader in Business Management & Administration with NAAEI
Do you want to “engage” with leaders from an industry that supports 12.3 million jobs and boasts an economic impacts of $1.3 trillion? Lucky for you, Collegiate DECA can get you the introduction you need at ENGAGE this November!
DECA National Advisory Board (NAB) member the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), will be hosting the Business Management and Administration track at ENGAGE this fall.
Sarah Levine, Director of Workforce Development for NAAEI, will connect with Collegiate DECA members and share insights on online presence management. In today’s digital age, employer branding and online reputation is everything. Learn from industry representatives how their companies are rising to the challenge to share their stories and engage in dialogue with their customers through a variety of platforms.
- Heather Ahuja, Managing Director, Greystar Real Estate Properties
- Mariza Baeza, Regional Marketing Manager, Greystar Real Estate Properties
- Jamie Preski, Senior Recruiter, Equity Residential
- Courtney Mulligan, Marketing and Branding Director, Equity Residential
After learning how these industry leaders manage their online presence in a highly competitive industry, students in this track will tour two of New York City’s premier luxury residences, with an opportunity to engage with the local management staff.
If you can’t make it to ENGAGE this November, we encourage you to reach out to NAAEI to find a local representative who can connect with your Collegiate DECA chapter and find other ways to enhance your engagement with this terrific NAB partner!
