Kettle Moraine DECA Raises $14,000 with Father Daughter Dance & Silent Auction
On Saturday, October 22, 2016, Kettle Moraine DECA (Wales, Wis.) hosted its first ever Father Daughter Dance and Silent Auction.
The dance and auction was put together by the Kettle Moraine DECA Officer Team and students involved in the organization volunteered the night of the dance.
The event far exceeded our initial goal with 368 people in attendance, with 213 girls aged 4K to 5th grade, and 165 fathers/father figures from the Kettle Moraine area there!
The dance and auction brought in a total of $14,176 to be shared between the Muscular Dystrophy Association, who received $6,000 on December 16, 2016, and the Kettle Moraine DECA chapter to support student activities for this school year.
