Video Samples to Help You Prepare for the 2013-2014 DECA Innovations and Entrepreneurship Challenge

Are you thinking about submitting your innovative business concept in the DECA Innovations and Entrepreneurship Challenge but don’t really know where to start?  Luckily DECA has some great resources to help you get your creative juices flowing!

Below are the top three videos from last year’s challenge. Check them out for an idea of how to structure your entry.

Glenforest Secondary School (ON)

Great Neck High School (NY)

Zionsville High School (IN)

After watching these samples, you should feel more confident to begin outlining your own video. As always, remember to be creative, engaging and original.

The deadline to post your video entry and submit it to DECA Inc. is Friday, October 4, 2013. DECA staff and National Advisory Board partners will evaluate the entries and invite the top three teams to attend DECA’s Innovations and Entrepreneurship Conference in Chicago, Ill., to present in person. A $1,000 travel stipend will be awarded to each of the top three teams.

You can find a complete list of challenge details here.

Good luck to all participants!
