Collegiate DECA Train the Trainer 2013

The 2013–2014 Collegiate DECA Train the Trainer certification course was a success at this year’s DECA Association Management Conference in Atlanta, Ga. 

Led by Michelle Walker, DECA Inc. director of education, this certification course prepared leaders from eight chartered associations to take the information and resources they gained in Atlanta back to their home associations to facilitate local trainings and spread the knowledge.

Attendees shared ideas and received comprehensive training materials on topics including how to build a successful chapter, best practices for social media, and ways chapters and members can Make It count this year.

The 2013­–2014 Collegiate DECA Certified Trainers are:

Now, these certified trainers are ready to head back to their chartered associations and share what they have learned with DECA advisors and teachers.
