The Association for Career and Technical Education is leading a grassroots advocacy activity during the month of August that you and your chapter can get involved with right away. 

ACTE has developed an infographic as a part of its campaign to increase Perkins funding, which directly affects CTEs and Career and Technical Students Organizations (CTSOs).

With Congress on their month-long August recess, the clock is ticking on important Fiscal Year 2014 funding decisions for CTE. Connecting with lawmakers during August through Facebook, Twitter and other social media outlets is a quick and easy way to spread the message of CTE and the importance of Perkins funding.
