Collegiate DECA’s Leadership Passport Program is your one-way ticket to Maximize your Momentum this year!

Centered around developing academically prepared, community-oriented, professionally responsible and experienced leaders, the program is designed to engage all DECA members by completing a series of activities to enhance your college experience. The recipients of these awards will receive recognition during the International Career and Development Conference.

Read on to learn more about the individual, chapter and association passport options.

Individual Passport

The Individual Leadership Passport Program will equip you with skills and opportunities to maximize your college experience. This will not only strengthen your involvement with Collegiate DECA but also your involvement in your community, academics and relationships.

When completing this program, it is important to stay organized. The school year can get very busy, so try creating a calendar to make sure that you track and complete all of the activities. Be sure to carefully review the requirements; you may find that the tasks overlap with things you are already doing on campus.

Chapter Passport

The Chapter Leadership Passport Program will provide your chapter with a framework for the year. When completing the passport program, it is important to involve your chapters members. This will strengthen your chapter and make everyone feel connected; instilling a sense of community in your chapter and allowing newer members to connect with more experienced members. By completing the program, your chapter's connections will be stronger than ever.

Association Passport

The Association Leadership Passport Program encourages association leadership teams to develop a program of leadership that is tailored to the needs of their association's members. This program unifies associations by facilitating overall growth and success. The executive officer team will work directly with associations to aid in creating the perfect plan.

No matter which level you pursue, the Leadership Passport Program is designed to let you tailor activities to your interests and showcase your leadership skills. Submissions are due February 15, 2022!
