Best Spots to See in Anaheim at #DECAICDC 2017

Although we are all in Anaheim for the 2017 #DECAICDC with one goal in mind, (#DECAGlass anyone?) there’s no need to not have fun while you strive for that goal!

Below are some places in the Anaheim area to check out when you finish competing or attending one of the leadership academies:

1. Disneyland & Downtown Disney

There’s no better way to spend a sunny afternoon in Anaheim than walking around Disneyland, going on rides, interacting with characters, or enjoying some of the delicious food options.

Don’t have or can’t get tickets to the parks? Downtown Disney is open to the public! After a quick security check, you have plenty of amazing restaurants, fun activities, and tons of shops and stores that you can spend an entire afternoon at!

2. Griffith Observatory

Looking for a place where you can hike, check out the iconic Hollywood sign, or just enjoy the outdoors?

The Griffith Observatory, located an hour away from the Anaheim Convention Center by car, offers its guests just this.

3. Buca di Beppo

Located just ten minutes down Harbor Boulevard from the Anaheim Convention Center, Buca is an adorable Italian restaurant with some delicious meal options.

With an incredible atmosphere, delicious food, an extremely convenient location, and an ability to accommodate large Buca is the perfect place for a little chapter bonding!

4. Anaheim Convention Center

A list of Anaheim Hot Spots would not be complete without mentioning the spot where all of the action is happening!

Whether you’re there to compete, attend one of the various leadership academies, check out the booths in the exhibit hall, or grab a bite to eat at one of the several food trucks parked outside, the Anaheim Convention Center is definitely the place to be!
