Don’t Let Your Community Service Project Go to Waste!

Even if your Community Service Project isn’t going to go all the way to #DECAICDC this April, your hard work could still earn you $30,000!

Get ready to win $10,000 in technology products and $20,000 for your charity with your DECA community service project!

DECA Inc. has partnered with the Lead2Feed Student Leadership Program, and The Lead2Feed Challenge is a perfect complement to DECA members’ community service projects.

Lead2Feed is a FREE leadership program for grades 6-12 with a service learning component. The program, designed in a 10-Lesson or 6-Lesson track, can be used in most subject areas or during after school chapter meetings.

Students work through the lessons and apply their learning by designing and implementing a project to “feed a need” in your community. Projects can be entered into our Challenge for awards of up to $20,000 to the charity chosen by the students and up to $10,000 in technology grants for your school.

The Lead2Feed Challenge gives you the chance for national media coverage and brings attention to your leadership excellence, and a community service initaiatve close to your heart.

The Lead2Feed Challenge deadline for this year is April 7, 2017. Find out more here.
